Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year college course in business, management or marketing;
having marketing skills is an advantage; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English preferred)
- Computer-literate; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to details
- Ability to work with less supervision
- Can analyze a large amount of data and information
- Can multi-task and do efficient time management to meet deadlines

Job Description:
- Compiles sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments
- Maintains communication with clients, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders by phone or email
- Works closely with the operations/marketing supervisor to achieve prompt results
- Maintains a filing system, organize files and records and keep track of important documents
- Prepares documents from templates
- Supports and assists marketing executives in creating, organizing, and executing project plans and activities
- Communicates directly and promptly with customers and clients to achieve a quick response time and build a lasting impression of efficiency
- Monitor sales activities and documentation requirements necessary for the completion of a sale
